Anime North 2006 is being held at on the weekend of May 26-28 (Memorial Day Weekend) at the Toronto Congress Center, 650 Dixon Road, and directly across the street at the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel, at 655 Dixon Road. Daily parking is free at the Toronto Congress Center.
The TCC is a convention center on the airport strip. One minute's walk from the TCC is a restaurant cluster, consisting of a Tim Horton's, Harvey's, Swiss Chalet, a few more "upscale" eateries, and a 24-hour convenience store. For more information about the TCC, check out www.torontocongresscentre.com.
The new Anime North website is now up at www.animenorth.com. It will be updated regularly over the next few weeks as information comes in, but all Registration and Hotel information is now up. More details are below.

Returning are Artist Alley, Mechayard Wars, Martial Arts demos, the Masquerade, The Red & White Show, the J-Pop Dance Party, and many more events.

Registration
You can purchase your admissions to Anime North 2006 in advance, using the forms on the Registration section of our webpage (http://www.animenorth.com/registration.php). In addition, you can pre-order Anime North T-shirts or tickets for the Guest Reception on Friday and the Saturday Brunch. Full details are available on the webpage, and if you have any questions, please email registration@animenorth.com.
Hotels
Guest rooms at convention rates will be available at the Doubletree and at the nearby Park Plaza hotel. A shuttle bus will be running from the Park Plaza to the TCC at half-hour intervals during peak convention times.
Please ensure that when you reserve your hotel room, that you mention "Anime North" in order to receive the convention rate. This rate will be honored from Thursday night (May 25) to Monday night (May 29) 2006.

| it's something to be proud of! not a lot of people can say they've done it, but enough to say they hate it. can't really say you hate something unless you've given it a try. personally, I'm not a big fan, done it once with a group of people, but never solo. i don't think i can sing, so i like to hide in a group | |
