Favorite Anime

OK people, lets get this off to a good start.

State your all time favorite anime and why. And not just "cuz its kewl". Put some thought in it.

My favorite is easily Full Metal Alchemist. This anime is well drawn, animated, beautiful to look at. The music is intense and powerful and the story just pulls you in. Does not give you a chance to settle down since there is always some sort of plot twist or change. Lots of good action and times where it just seems to be so calm.

Yep. FMA is easily my fave anime, but Chrono Crusade is a close second.

Trigun - Extremly good story line and the kick ass drunken moral ethics of vash ^-^.

yeah trigun is awesome ^_^ but i think i prefer Cowboy Bebop ..the movie is awesome and the main character is just sooooo coooL!!! i mean Spike Speigal *drools* lol......im a big fan of love hina and hellsing as well^_^oh and hack sign! ...i cant really decide on which one is my favorite there is so many..if i go with the anime i saw more episodes of and bought more stuff related to it im gonna have to say sailor moon since it was that anime that took away my animevirginity lol awww sailor moon ^_^ lol

Not the biggest anime fan, but I do love Hellsing; it's the reason I started checking out more anime; Jenny introduced it to me. I wont say it's the first anime I watched since I did love DBZ when I was younger. My favorite anime is Trinity Blood then Hellsing in a close second.
Trinity Blood has an incredible ending, I love the characters; they're very well developed, the art style is amazing and very detailed, storyline is very dynamic. There's plenty of wicked action scenes aswell.

my vote for fav anime is still Fushigi Yuugi, although there are 2 that i haven't been able to get my hands on much more than trailers that i really would like to see.

2. Scrapped Princess

those both look really good to me. now if we're going movies, then ninja scroll is by far one of my top picks. i'm a little bitter that an ex-roomate stole my copy though. she also took off with our copy of X which makes me even madder because i only got to watch half of it... but at least it had an irreprable (sp?) scratch on it

Gamezilla has all of the Twelve Kingdoms. I watched up to 8th DVD I think. It was ok.

thankies ^_^ i will have to take the time out to go watch that now. i was going to pick up the DVD's for Twelve kingdoms from future shop, but they never have the first one and i didn't feel like spending a small fortune on them either.

don't stress it. i didn't know about it either until last night, so it's all good. and i think they'll forgive it once so long as it doesn't turn into a recurring thing. ^_^

I can't say that i have a favorite but i have many favorites, here they are:

-Evangelion (wow... just wow...)
-RahXephon (deep story and beautiful artwork)
-Macross Plus (that's what really amazed me about anime when i was little)
-Full Metal Panic! (action, comedy, drama... the works)
-Hellsing (no brainer, Arucard is just badass!)
-Naruto (great story, great characters)
-Trigun (Vash! ...need I say more?)

There's more that i really like but they aren't as important as the ones above

OMG Samurai Pizza cats now thats a walk down memory lane. ^-^

i feel like i missed out on my childhood now, since i never saw amurai pizza cat ; _ ;...its sad i know

we have the series of samurai pizza cats on the PC, and Kaz, you're not missing anything! no offence, but it's prolly one of my least faves out there. but who am i to talk?? i like astro boy and thundercats, so that's not saying a whole lot in my credit

Hehe, I saw an episode of Pizza Cats, don't worry, your childhood is just fine without it. I don't care if you guys and gals wanna watch it again. I think its fun when we add our own voices to the anime. Like we did with GoldenBoy #2!!
